It's Time offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through your account settings and we'll help you process the request with Paddle.
What happens next
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary (typically 5–10 business days). When a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling on its own is not a refund — request a refund through Paddle if you want your most recent payment returned within the 30-day window.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
