This Privacy Notice explains how It's Time ("It's Time", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our countdown calendar service (the "Service"). It's Time is the data controller for personal data described in this notice.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), authentication identifiers.
- Content you create: event titles, dates, categories, reminder settings, uploaded audio files, recorded voice alerts.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps.
- Support messages: any messages you send us.
- Payment data: handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We receive limited billing metadata such as subscription status, plan, and the last four digits of the payment method — we do not store full card details.
2. How we use your data
- To create and manage your account (contract performance).
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service (legitimate interests).
- To send reminders, alerts, and transactional emails you request (contract performance).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests).
- To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

3. Legal bases
We process personal data on the basis of (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) your consent where required, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

We share personal data only with:
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, and support tooling providers acting under contract.
- Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record, for sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside your country of residence, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time.
